“Arlyn brings a wide range of experience in education, leadership and cross-cultural ministry to our organization,” said Rick Thompson, President of Global Action. “His primary focus will be to provide leadership and direction across all our platforms and guidance to our ministry partnerships.”

A highly regarded leader and strategic thinker with a track record of cross-cultural community & ministry development, Arlyn will be the ‘point-man’ as Global Action continues to introduce high-quality pastoral training into more and more of the world’s most challenging areas.

He has studied Historical Theology and Cross-Cultural/Worldviews Communication at Prairie Bible College, Missionary Development Programme, University of Alberta, Concordia Theological Seminary, Hudson Taylor Seminary, and Trinity Western University. For fifteen years along with his late wife Annette, Arlyn was involved in Aboriginal leadership development including teaching Christian Thought, Theology of Mission, and History of Church Growth at KeyWaytin Bible Institute.

More recently, Pastor vanEnns’ cross-cultural community development has included board-function training and liaison with multinational mining and oil companies. He remains a mentor to corporate, church-planting, and national friends alike.

ABOUT GLOBAL ACTION

Global Action has one purpose; to see the Body of Christ deepened and spread into every corner of our globe. Global Action has one primary methodology: Spirit-led instructors take its world-class Biblical and Pastoral Theology curriculum to the many parts of this world where fledgling Christian leaders are struggling without support, direction, or sound & accessible theological training.

As our graduates more confidently teach and model sound Doctrine, both immediately to their churches and soon to the Unreached, their transformation is such that they tend to refer to their respective ministry careers as consisting of two stages, -- ‘pre-Global Action’ and ‘post-Global Action’!
