Equipping Church Leaders Where Training Is Out Of Reach

Global Action equips church leaders in hard places through accessible, contextual biblical training so healthy churches can make disciples, strengthen communities, and share the hope of the Gospel.

Our vision is clear: every leader equipped, every church empowered, every community engaged.

God Works Through His Church

Global Action exists to glorify God by helping strengthen His Church around the world.

We believe local church leaders are already called, committed, and faithfully serving their communities. The challenge is often not a lack of passion or calling. The challenge is access.

Many leaders serve in places where biblical training is limited, costly, distant, or completely unavailable. Global Action comes alongside these leaders with practical, contextual training rooted in Scripture and designed for real ministry.

Access Changes Everything

Around the world, churches are growing in communities where leaders have few opportunities for biblical education, theological formation, or ministry mentorship.

Global Action helps close that gap by equipping church leaders where they live and serve. Our training is accessible, relational, and contextual, allowing leaders to grow without leaving their churches, families, or communities.

As leaders are equipped, churches are strengthened, disciples are formed, and communities are served with greater faithfulness.

A Growing Global Ministry

Today, Global Action is equipping church leaders across multiple regions of the world through Foundations. The ministry continues to grow through new cohorts, regional teams, academic leadership, and partnerships that open doors for biblical training where it has long been out of reach.

Accessible Biblical Training For Church Leaders

Global Action provides a leadership development pathway that helps church leaders grow in biblical knowledge, Christlike character, ministry practice, and the ability to equip others.

Our model is designed for multiplication. We do not simply want to train individual leaders. We want to strengthen churches, develop future leaders, and support local ministry that can continue for generations.

Biblical

Our curriculum is rooted in Scripture and designed to help leaders teach, preach, disciple, and serve with faithfulness.

Contextual

Training is shaped for the realities of local ministry, honoring the culture, language, and needs of the communities leaders serve.

Relational

Leaders grow through community, encouragement, mentoring, accountability, and shared learning with others in ministry.

Foundations, Formation, And Facilitation

Global Action’s leadership pathway is designed to equip leaders at multiple levels, helping them grow from biblical understanding to ministry competency to multiplication.

Level 1

Foundations

Foundations provides accessible biblical training for church leaders who need a strong base in Scripture, theology, discipleship, and ministry practice.

  • Builds biblical clarity
  • Strengthens ministry confidence
  • Creates access for leaders with limited resources
Level 2

Formation

Formation moves beyond content transfer into deeper ministry development through mentoring, character formation, competency growth, and practical ministry experience.

  • Develops character and competency
  • Provides mentoring and accountability
  • Supports long-term leadership growth
Level 3

Facilitation

Facilitation prepares mature leaders to teach, mentor, and multiply biblical training in their own communities and ministry networks.

  • Equips leaders to train others
  • Expands local leadership pipelines
  • Moves the mission toward sustainability

Serving Across Multiple Regions

Global Action is currently serving leaders across Latin America, South Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe, with expansion underway into additional regions.

Across these regions, teams are launching new cohorts, strengthening partnerships, developing academic leadership, translating training materials, and preparing leaders who can multiply biblical training locally.

Regional Growth

New cohorts are forming, existing teams are being strengthened, and regional retreats are helping align leaders around a shared vision for biblical training and multiplication.

Language Access

Training materials are available in multiple languages, with additional translation work underway so more leaders can study Scripture in languages they know and use every day.

New Partnerships

Partnerships with local ministries and mission organizations are opening doors to serve more leaders in places where access to theological education is limited.

Sustainable Multiplication

Global Action is investing in regional leadership, academic development, and facilitator training so biblical education can continue multiplying through local leaders.

What We Believe

Global Action is guided by biblical convictions that shape how we teach, serve, partner, and steward the ministry God has entrusted to us.

We believe every church deserves equipped leaders.
We believe the challenge facing many church leaders is not a lack of calling, passion, or commitment. The challenge is access.
We believe local leaders are best positioned to reach, disciple, and serve their own communities.
We believe biblical training is transformational when it forms both knowledge and character.
We believe healthy churches are strengthened by multiple equipped leaders serving together.
We believe discipleship requires both the work of the Holy Spirit and faithful biblical teaching.

Faithful Training. Local Leadership. Lasting Impact.

Our commitments help ensure that Global Action’s work remains grounded in Scripture, centered on the local church, and focused on long-term multiplication.
