Meet the Team: Central American Faculty and Staff
Posted on May 08, 2025

Our Global Action team serving in Central America are effervescent in their kingdom enthusiasm. We asked each of them recently, “What is the most exciting part of Global Action work in your region?” Day in and day out, they live and labor among their people to raise up leaders equipped for the work of ministry. Hear their hearts for their home countries and how theological education is transforming their communities!

“I love and enjoy training leaders who are going to transform their communities!”

“Being part of Global Action is a great blessing that God gives us, since He allows us in this temporary part of our existence to dedicate ourselves to things with eternal repercussions such as expanding His Kingdom.”

“I think that Global Action’s mission is in God’s heart, and He’s moving. He is getting people involved in training. It is God’s heart, the desire for His children to be equipped for the work of ministry.”

“Colombia is immensely beautiful, diverse,…We thank God and pray that He will allow us to reach every corner [of Colombia], bringing theological foundations to the local church and training leaders to transform our nation with the gospel of Jesus Christ.”

“Global Action training has allowed the churches to reach people with the simple, clear, and concrete words. With the modules people can understand the gospel in a clearer way and understand that at the end of the day, the objective is to reach more souls for Christ.”

“There are many pastors…working in areas controlled by the cartels…who put their lives in danger…They see Global Action’s program as a valuable tool He gave them to extend His kingdom in those areas often forgotten by men.”

“What excites me about Global Action’s work in my area: I’m thrilled to see how equipping local leaders is transforming communities and strengthening the Church. It’s a joy to witness the impact of biblical training in Central America!”

“Being the director for Ecuador has been a new experience where one of the most rejoicing things for me is to be able to major young people to become Bible teachers, to see them grow, and getting involved in teaching the program has been a great satisfaction.”

“In each host church, after taking the course, we have seen that the students have been motivated to become part of the ministry.”
