Foundations is Global Action’s flagship non-formal theological education program designed to equip church leaders with biblical knowledge, ministry skills, and spiritual formation. Built around nine core modules, Foundations provides a comprehensive framework for ministry development that helps leaders deepen their understanding of Scripture, strengthen their leadership, and grow in their ability to disciple others. Global Action’s work is rooted in Scripture’s call to make disciples, equip leaders, teach sound doctrine, and strengthen the Church. Matthew 28:18–20 Jesus commands His followers to make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to obey all He commanded. This grounds our commitment to discipleship, teaching, and global mission. Ephesians 4:11–13 God gives leaders to equip the saints for the work of ministry and to build up the body of Christ. This grounds our belief that equipped leaders strengthen the whole Church.
