New Beginnings

A friend recently shared this word of encouragement from Oswald Chambers: “Leave the broken, irreversible past in His hands, and step out into the invincible future with Him.” May God give us the grace to trust him with the past and the strength to launch out into 2021 with confidence in Him!

I want to thank you for your generous support of Global Action during the Christmas season.  Many of you gave above and beyond to help us equip leaders in the hard places this coming year. We don’t have all the numbers in yet, but we already know that we finished December with one of our strongest months yet.  Your giving will allow us to equip local leaders around the world in 2021. To each person who has joined us in turning the world upside down – thank you, thank you, thank you!

We are thrilled to announce that with the new year, we get to welcome a new member to our team. Tallie Thompson has joined our staff for the next six months as a Special Projects Coordinator. Tallie will be using her talents to help us serve our 75+ international faculty members who teach in our program in the hard places.  We are so excited to see her impact!  Please join me in welcoming Tallie to Global Action!

To all of our partners who have given generously, your end-of-year giving statements will be coming soon. Along with these statements, Global Action’s annual report will be coming in February.  We want you to know how your giving has already changed lives—as well as our dreams for more changed lives in the coming year.

With Gratitude,

Lionel Young
Executive Vice President
