Global Action | Quality & Accountability

Recognition

Our commitment to high-quality theological education, meaningful partnerships, and continuous improvement as we equip church leaders around the world.

Committed To Quality Theological Education

At Global Action, we believe church leaders everywhere deserve access to meaningful, high-quality biblical education, regardless of where they live or serve.

Through educational partnerships, ongoing evaluation, and a commitment to continuous improvement, we seek to strengthen the quality and accessibility of our training programs.

Our Relationship With ICETE

Global Action is an Associate Member of the International Council for Evangelical Theological Education (ICETE), a global network committed to strengthening evangelical theological education.

We are currently pursuing Vocational Micro-Credential (V-MC) certification for the Formation level of our training program.

Associate Membership

Our membership connects us with a global community committed to quality theological education and the development of church leaders.

Formation Certification

Our Formation level is undergoing ICETE’s V-MC certification process, including a comprehensive self-audit and evaluation of our educational practices.

What Is Formation?

Formation is the second level of Global Action’s training pathway, building on the biblical foundation established through our Foundations program.

Using Competency-Based Theological Education (CBTE), Formation helps church leaders grow in biblical understanding, Christlike character, and practical ministry skills.

Learning takes place in real ministry settings, supported by mentoring, reflection, practical application, and assessment.

Learning That Shapes Ministry

38 Competencies
A structured approach to developing knowledge, character, and practical ministry skills.

Mentor-Supported Learning
Learners are guided by experienced local church leaders as they develop and demonstrate competencies.

Real Ministry Application
Learning is demonstrated through practical work within the learner’s own church and community.

Our ICETE Self-Audit Report

As part of the ICETE V-MC certification process, Global Action has completed a self-audit of the Formation level of our training program.

The report examines our educational approach, curriculum, assessment practices, governance, and plans for continued development.

We make this report publicly available as part of our commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Formation Self-Audit Report

Global Action’s October 2026 self-audit, prepared for ICETE’s Vocational Micro-Credential certification process.

Current Status: Global Action is an Associate Member of ICETE. Certification of the Formation-level Vocational Micro-Credentials is currently being pursued and has not yet been granted.

Our Re-Forma Partnership

Global Action is also a recognized ministry partner of Re-Forma, an organization supporting quality and recognition in non-formal theological education.

Through an existing recognition agreement, Re-Forma awards certification upon completion of specified competencies within Global Action’s Vocational Micro-Credentials.

This partnership supports meaningful recognition of learning for church leaders who may not have access to traditional seminary education.
