Study Centers or Online Resources

Cambridge Centre for Christianity Worldwide
A study centre in Cambridge, England that produces research on missions and world Christianity. Scholars at the centre conduct primary research in history and missions and publish their work through a variety of journals and publishing houses.

Center for Global Christianity and Mission
A research center connected with Boston University with a special focus on the history of Christian missions. Much of its research is published in print and online through the International Bulletin of Missionary Research (IBMR).

Centre for the Study of World Christianity
A world-class research centre connected with the University of Edinburgh (Scotland). It is largely the domain of students and scholars who are undertaking serious academic study. The centre research is published in the journal, Studies in World Christianity.

Oxford Center for Mission Studies
OCMS focuses on the history and practice of missions and supports a large contingent of students from the non-Western world who are engaged in missions. The centre’s research is published in the journal Transformation.

The Center for the Study of Global Christianity
The CSGC is the world’s leading center on statistics for global Christianity. The center’s researchers are widely respected in the academic community, but popularly known through their publication of Operation World, a popular guide for praying for the global church.
