Invest Together in Prayer for South America

Link arms together in intercession for Global Action work and the church in South America! When you invest your time in lifting up these prayer needs, we believe the Holy Spirit moves in powerful ways for church leaders where Global Action serves.  “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective,” James 5:16. Thank you for joining us!

For the Colombian Church:

  • Pray that peace might hold in this nation so troubled by violence in the past.
  • Pray that believers in Colombia might be peacemakers amidst continuing tensions and violence. Pray also for the Church to love their neighbours – including the millions of Venezuelans who find themselves in such desperate need. (OperationWorld.org)

For the Ecuadorian Church:

  • False teachings seemingly prosper as marginal sects and Catholic syncretism rapidly spread, usually at the expense of traditional Catholics or evangelicals. Pray for the error of these groups to be made known; pray for ministers and laity to be equipped to address them with truth and love. (OperationWorld.org). Praise God for Global Action graduates equipped for teaching the gospel with accuracy!

For Global Action in South America, from Director of South America Yuniel Cruz:

  • I would like to ask for prayer for Susel and me, that God may continue to give us strength and vision for the ministry and that we may soon have a family.
  • For Daniel and Vivian, Directors of Ecuador, that God may continue to give them influence in Ecuador to train more pastors and leaders, and pray for Vivian’s health, as she has been having health problems.
  • For Cristian and Nataly in Colombia, pray that God may guide them at all times as directors and pastors. At such a young age, they carry many responsibilities, especially for Cristian, who is finishing university this year, that he may do well in everything.
  • For Brazil, that God may give us His favor and grace so that we may form a team there this year.
  • For the Mission to the Amazon project, that God may guide us so that we may be an impact on all the pastors we will begin training in June of this year.
