Our Strategy

God has given His church an amazing mission: to make disciples of all nations. Our heartbeat is to see healthy churches growing and multiplying so that the entire world can be reached with the Good News. We have learned from experience that one well-trained leader can impact hundreds or even thousands of lives, so we’re on a mission to find these leaders and give them the tools they need. We equip leaders in the hard places, where foreign missionaries are few. We work among the poor in Latin America, Eastern Europe and South Asia, and God is opening doors for us to expand into other parts of the world where the need is great. We go where seminaries can’t, so that every leader has the opportunity to thrive.

Here’s what we do.

  • We give leaders 8 months of foundational training in leadership and theology, along with critical resources like study Bibles.

  • We connect these leaders with additional training and resources through our ministry partners (Child Evangelism Fellowship, Cru, and the Jesus Film Project) so they can keep growing and have an even greater impact.

  • We provide encouragement and support to our graduates by sending mission teams, facilitating church partnerships, assisting in community outreach projects, and more.

We call this our Global Church Program. Keep reading below for more details on each of the three program components, which we call Foundations, Advance, and Impact.

Foundations (known locally as GLOMOS) is an 8-month training course which serves untrained pastors and leaders in developing nations. We are not trying to compete with colleges or seminaries. We work with leaders who are already serving in ministry and have little to no access to theological education because of their poverty, remote location, or education level. Keep reading to learn how we come alongside these struggling leaders and help them lead vibrant, healthy churches in their regions.

After we finish training a leader, we don’t just leave them alone. Once they have a solid foundation for leadership, we partner with organizations like Cru, Child Evangelism Fellowship, and the Jesus Film Project to give them additional training and resources. Together, we equip them with highly practical tools and methods for children’s ministry, community outreach, church planting, and more. Keep reading to learn about the incredible ways our students are applying their Advance training in their ministries.

Our program is designed for impact. In this final stage, we provide long-term support to our graduates so that their churches are encouraged to continue growing in health and reaching out to a lost world with the Gospel. We partner with them in their new ministry efforts as they powerfully share Christ with their communities. We also send short-term teams through our church partnerships to encourage them in their work. Keep reading to learn about how we partner with our graduates to impact their communities.

I am very grateful to the team of GLOMOS who have designed these books in such a manner that it is simple to understand and grasp. It is a blessing for those who did not attend a sophisticated school. I pray for the team each day and I am thankful for everyone behind the GLOMOS course in India.

I am a former Muslim. I realize that my life’s purpose is to serve others, so I want to use my ministry to reach Muslims in the areas where they live... I am so glad to be a part of GLOMOS where I can get knowledge and experience in fellowship with my brothers and sisters, without walls of denominations. I want to take the encouragement I receive in GLOMOS and share it with others in my church and community.
